Are my files kept safe when you are working on my PC?
CW PC Services realise how important your files and data are to you and will do everything possible to ensure your files and data are not lost whilst working on your PC, however, CW PC Services accepts no responsibility for any data lost whilst working on your PC, it is recommended that you make frequent backups of your data.

Do you repair printers?
If you printer is suffering from mis-feeds or paper jams or any mechanical problem, we are unable to help, research has shown that in most cases when a printer fails for mechanical reasons it is usually more cost effective to replace the printer rather than repair it.

Do you repair Laptops?
Most basic repairs to laptops can be carried out, however, if your laptop is failing as a result of internal hardware failure, you may need to take it to a laptop specialist. You can always give me a call and I will tell you if I think that I can repair it.
